Meydan, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a construction contract worth over AED 1 billion to Genco General Contracting for Phase 2 of the "District One West" project, located within the renowned Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City. This phase represents the next step in one of Dubai’s most sought-after gated communities, offering an exclusive waterfront lifestyle overlooking a stunning crystal lagoon.

Under the contract, Genco General Contracting will build luxury villas with four, five, and six bedrooms, along with related infrastructure and other works. Genco, a construction company with over 35 years of experience in the region, is recognized for delivering large-scale luxury projects. The project is scheduled for completion in Q1 2028.
