Bahrain will witness an astronomical phenomenon this Saturday, March 15, 2025, as the duration of day and night will be equal, with 12 hours each, according to Bahraini astronomer Mohammed Redha Al Asfoor. Al Asfoor explained that on this day, the sun will rise precisely at 5:46 AM from the true east and set at 5:46 PM at the true west, with the sun positioned directly over the equator. Meanwhile, the spring season will officially begin on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 12:01 PM Bahrain time. The season will last for 92 days, 17 hours, and 40 minutes. He further noted that the last ten days of Ramadan this year will fall within the spring season. However, starting next year, Ramadan will fully shift to winter and remain so until 2030.
