ALGIERS — The Speaker of the Council of the Nation (Parliament’s upper house), Mujaheed Salah Goudjil, affirmed that the massive participation of the Algerian people, all components included, in the September 7 presidential election will deliver a strong message to the enemies of Algeria abroad.
