In a meeting held at Mohamed Chebouki arts center, on the 7^th day of the election campaign for the presidential election of 7 September, Benmbarek underlined that the independent candidate Abdelmadjid Tebboune presents to the Algerian people an ambitious development programme including all the sectors and reaching all social categories” which, he added, require the people’s support.  

He underlined that the candidate Abdelmadjid Tebboune “will work, if elected for a second term, to continue increasing salaries and improving the citizens’ purchasing power and living conditions,” in addition to “giving concrete expression to the economic development, encouraging investments and promoting the country in various sectors.”

Benmbarek wrapped up his speech by calling the Algerians to massively participate in the presidential election of 7 September and to back the programme of the independent candidate, Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
