EL OUED (Algeria)- The candidate of the Movement of Society for Peace for the presidential election of September 7, Abdelaali Hassani Cherif, committed Thursday in El Oued that if elected president of the Republic, he would promote some provinces with "strong commercial and productive momentum," such as El Oued, in "major economic centres."
