DJANET-The independent candidate for the 7 September presidential election, Abdelmadjid Tebboune committed in Djanet to implement projects in several areas in all areas, particularly projects meant for youth, if re-elected.

Youth must live in an environment ensuring decent life, hence “my commitment to provide them with the conditions necessary for the implementation of their projects in several areas,” stated independent candidate, Abdelmadjid Tebboune at a meeting in Djanet sports hall on the 15th day of the election campaign for the September 7 presidential elections.

Abdelmadjid Tebboune was delighted by the “satisfaction shown today by young Algerians in their country, many of whom are ready to share the experience they acquired abroad” in the country's service.

Underlining the role of the inhabitants in Djanet, like other southern regions, in protecting the country, independent candidate Abdelmadjid Tebboune stressed that, if re-elected, he would “hold a government meeting in Djanet to listen to the concerns of the population, as he did in the provinces of Khenchela, Tissemsilt and Tindouf in the recent years.”

“I know the demands and needs of the inhabitants of this region, which witnesses a strong development momentum,” said the candidate.

The independent candidate, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, also pledged to “open border crossings with Niger and Libya, brotherly countries” and to “create free trade zones”, stressing that “the high level of production recorded by Algeria today in several fields, including pharmaceuticals, household appliances and processing industries”, enables it to market its products in neighboring countries.
