ALGIERS-The preliminary voter turnout for the presidential election reached 48.03% nationwide and 19.57% for the national community abroad when polling stations closed at 8:00 pm, announced Sunday Mohamed Charfi, President of the National Independent Authority for Elections (ANIE).
