ALGIERS-The acting Director General of Legal Affairs and Constitutional Justice, Ahmed Ibrahim Boukhari said on Tuesday evening that the President of the Constitutional Court, Omar Belhadj had appointed rapporteurs among two working groups to consider the appeals lodged with the Court concerning the preliminary results of the presidential election.
