“Algeria has won a new victory on the path of consolidating the democratic process after the resounding success of the presidential election of September 7, 2024, which enshrined the renewal of popular confidence in the person of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, re-elected for a second term,' notes the magazine in its September’s issue.

The publication emphasizes that the “Algerians have voiced their support for the continuation of the President's comprehensive and gradual reform agenda, which has already yielded significant results during his first term.'"

In its editorial titled “Another Triumph for the New Algeria,” El Djeïch said ”'the People's National Army, alongside other security services, played a crucial role in ensuring the success of this important event. They secured the electoral process and ensured that all necessary conditions were met for Algerians across the country to express their free choice in a calm, peaceful atmosphere.'

The magazine emphasizes the importance of national stability: 'The peace our nation now firmly enjoys will undoubtedly enable Algeria to face upcoming major challenges. This will be achieved through an ambitious strategy aimed at realizing the anticipated national renewal and comprehensive development, for which our country possesses all the success factors, bolstered by security and stability.'

In this regard, El Djeïch further notes: 'This outlook paves the way for fulfilling the hopes and aspirations of the Algerian people by boosting all sectors. This will be accomplished through the concerted efforts of all Algerians, their solidarity, and their awareness of potential threats arising from regional and international tensions. By standing united under the country's leadership, Algeria will continue to thwart any attempts to hinder its renaissance and progress.'"

“The restoration of the Algerian people's confidence in their State institutions, coupled with qualitative achievements across all sectors, will greatly support the new presidential term in continuing the path of development and prosperity. These successes will elevate our country to the rank of emerging nations,” the publication notes. It adds that “these legitimate aspirations and goals will be realized through a genuine and sincere commitment to work devotedly for the supreme interests of the nation, both domestically and internationally.”

“We cannot discuss Algeria's victory without acknowledging the crucial role of the People's National Army as a leading constitutional institution. In step with our country's progress, the People’s National Army provides confidence and security to continue on the right path. Through tireless and continuous work, with competence and dedication, it consistently strives to enhance its operational readiness, improve its combat capabilities, and boost its performance to counter potential threats to our country's security and safety, given the prevailing security conditions at regional and international levels,” as emphasized by the Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army, General Saïd Chanegriha.
