President Tebboune receives Ambassador of State of Kuwait to Algeria

ALGIERS — The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, received Wednesday the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait, Mohammad Al Shabou, who paid him a farewell visit at the end of his mission in Algeria.

Following the meeting, the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait stated: “I had the honor to meet with the President, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, who attached great significance to this meeting.”

Al Shabou noted that during the audience, the President of the Republic “expressed pride in his special relationship with his brother, His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Emir of the State of Kuwait, wishing that this privileged relationship bolsters across different bilateral domains, particularly in economic and trade matters.”

The ambassador highlighted that “Algeria has been blessed by Allah with significant natural resources,” calling for stronger bilateral relations between the two countries “for the benefit of their two brotherly peoples.”

The audience took place in the presence of the Chief of Staff at the Presidency of the Republic, Boualem Boualem.
