“The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Masoud Pezeshkian, congratulated the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, on the occasion of his re-election to the highest office, and on the trust placed in him by the people as well as the comprehensive programs he has set in motion to promote development and prosperity,” the statement noted.

The Iranian president also “called for the realization of a vision to enhance bilateral relations between the two countries, while extending to the President his wishes for well-being and success in fulfilling the major responsibilities entrusted to him by the Algerian people,” the statement concluded.
