ALGIERS- President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, accompanied by senior officials and counsellors at the Presidency of the Republic, paid on Thursday, at El Mouradia Palace, tribute to the memory of martyrs, and this on the sidelines of the National Emigration Day marking the 63^rd anniversary of the 17 October 1961 protests.
