ALGIERS- Assigned by the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf, arrived Friday in Sochi, Russia, to participate in the proceedings of the first ministerial conference of the Africa-Russia Partnership Forum, to be held November 9-10, the ministry said in a statement.
