ALGIERS- The minister of foreign Affairs and National community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf, on Friday held talks with his Russian counterpart, Sergueï Lavrov, at the beginning of his official visit to Sochi, Russia, where will participate in the proceedings of the first ministerial conference of the Africa-Russia Partnership Forum, the ministry said in a statement.
