ALGIERS-The Emir of the brotherly State of Kuwait, Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, sent Saturday a message of good wishes to the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, on the occasion of the 70^th anniversary of the Glorious War of Liberation, in which he expressed his "willingness to develop and promote the good fraternal relations between the two countries and the two brotherly peoples, and conveyed his wishes for good health and well-being to the President of the Republic."
