ALGIERS — The Crown Prince of the brotherly State of Kuwait, Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, sent on Saturday a message of good wishes to the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the outbreak of the glorious Liberation Revolution.
