ALGIERS-The Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community, Ahmed Attaf held bilateral talks on Saturday in Sochi (Russia) with several African counterparts, on the sidelines of his participation in the Ministerial Conference of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum, said a Ministry’s communiqué.
