ALGIERS- Acting on President Abdelmadjid Tebboune's directive, Prime minister Nadir Larbaoui chaired Thursday, at the Abdellatif-Rahal International Conference Centre of Algiers, the opening of the third African Start-up Conference, held under the theme "Re-imagining Africa through Artificial Intelligence," in the presence of government members and representatives of different national bodies and institutions.
