ALGIERS- The president of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the recipient of the Medal of the Order of National Merit (rank of Sadr), has awarded the Medal of the Order of National Merit (rank of Athir) to his brother, President Cyril Ramaphosa of South Africa.
