ALGIERS- Algerian and foreign experts were unanimous Saturday, in Algiers, in the view that the Emir Abdelkader highly contributed to the codification of texts enshrining human rights, in the modern sense of the term, showing open-mindedness by accepting dialogue with those who do not share his beliefs.
