ALGIERS- In his capacity as special envoy of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, arrived Thursday evening, in Kampala (Republic of Uganda) for an official visit, the ministry said in a statement.
