ALGIERS- Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, was received on Friday, in Kamapla, by President of the Republic of Uganda, Yoweri Museveni, as part of his official visit in his capacity as a Special Envoy of President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, said the ministry in a Communiqué.
