ALGIERS-Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf held talks Monday in Addis Ababa with his Ethiopian counterpart, Gedion Timotheos, as his official visit in his capacity as special envoy of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, said a Ministry press release.
