ALGIERS-The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Kamel Baddari was received Thursday in Asmara by the President of the State of Eritrea, Isaisas Afwerki under his visit as Special Envoy of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, said a Ministry’s statement.
