ALGIERS-Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, received the Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa and Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia, Bogdanov Mikhail Leonidovitch, at the Ministry's headquarters on Thursday, according to a Ministry press release.
