ALGIERS- The minister of Interior, Local Authorities and National Planning, Brahim Merad took part Friday, in Tunis, in the ministerial meeting of the fifth ordinary session of the African Union (AU) Specialised Technical Committee (STC) "on Public Service, Local Government, Urban Development and Decentralisation," the ministry said in a statement.
