ALGIERS-The Minister of Interior, Local Authorities and National Planning, Brahim Merad affirmed that the guidelines provided Tuesday by the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune is his address at the Government-walis (governors) meeting, were intended as a roadmap to boost local development and make the implementation of public policies more effective.
