ALGIERS- Justice Minister Lotfi Boudjemaa, in his capacity as the chairman of the National Commission on International Humanitarian Law, installed, in a ceremony at the ministry's headquarters on Thursday, the commission's members for a new term, the ministry of Justice said in a statement.
