ALGIERS-The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf held phone talks on Thursday with his counterpart from the Republic of Tunisia, the Islamic Republic of Mauritania and Libya, said a Ministry’s communiqué.
