“Congratulations to Algeria on assuming the Presidency of the United Nations Security Council for January,” wrote the American embassy in a social media post.

The embassy expressed confidence that this achievement “will further strengthen our shared efforts to address global challenges and deepen U.S.-Algerian bilateral relations.”

On this occasion, the American embassy expressed its willingness to cooperate within the framework of initiatives aimed to “promote stability, foster understanding, and drive positive change on the international stage.”
