ALGIERS — Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, arrived Sunday afternoon in Bangui, Central African Republic, for an official visit as special envoy of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, as per a ministry statement.
