ALGIERS — Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, was received Monday in Bangui by Central African Republic President Faustin-Archange Touadéra, during an official visit as special envoy of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the ministry said in a statement.
