ALGIERS-The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, was received Wednesday, in Brazzaville, by the President of Congo, Denis Sassou N'Guesso, as part of his official visit as special envoy of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the ministry said in a press release.
