ALGIERS-The Speaker of the People’s National Assembly (Parliament’s lower house), Brahim, Boughali represented the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune at the inauguration ceremony of Venezuela’s President-elect, Nicolas Maduro, held at the headquarters of Venezuela’s National Assembly in Caracas on Friday, said a lower house statement.
