ALGIERS — General Said Chanegriha, Deputy Minister to the Minister of National Defense, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army (PNA), chaired Saturday, in the name of the President of the Republic, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Minister of National Defense, the installation ceremony of Major-General Tahar Ayad as the new interim Commander of the Republican Guard, the Ministry of National Defense said in a statement.
