Following President Tebboune’s directives, humanitarian aid sent to Burkina Faso

BLIDA — In application of the directives of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Minister of National Defense, humanitarian aid was loaded Saturday onto four aircraft at the Boufarik air base in Blida bound for the Republic of Burkina Faso.

Supervising the aid loading operation, Algerian Red Crescent (CRA) President Ibtissem Hamlaoui stated that “following the instructions of the President of the Republic, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Minister of National Defense, a humanitarian aid cargo has been loaded onto four aircraft belonging to the Air Forces of the People’s National Army bound for the Republic of Burkina Faso, a brotherly country with which Algeria maintains strong fraternal relations.”

This humanitarian aid shipment contains “various food items, medications, mattresses, blankets, tents and additional supplies,” she added.
