ALGIERS — Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in charge of African Affairs, Bakhta Selma Mansouri, participated in Kampala, Uganda, heading the Algerian delegation, in the joint meeting of Foreign Affairs and Agriculture Ministers, preparatory to the African Union (AU) Extraordinary Summit on the Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Programme (CAADP) post-Malabo, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs said Saturday in a statement.
