ALGIERS- Representing President of the the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, Minister of Mujahidin and Rights Holders, Laid Rebiga, went to the Republic of Mozambique to attend on Wednesday, in Maputo, the swearing-in ceremony of president-elect, Daniel Francisco Chapo, said the ministry in a Communiqué.
