ALGIERS-The Minister of Health, Abdelhak Saihi, was received Tuesday in Kinshasa by the President of Congo (DRC), Felix Tshisekedi, as part of his visit in his capacity as Special Envoy of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the ministry said on Wednesday in a press release.
