ALGIERS- Algeria handed over, at the headquarters of the ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs on Wednesday, the freed Spanish national Navaro Canada Joaquim who had been abducted in mid-January in the Algerian-Malian border, to the authorities of his country.
