ALGIERS- Secretary General at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Lounès Magramane, received on Wednesday at the headquarter of the ministry a delegation from Libya, a brother country, led by Political Affairs Advisor, Hamza Abdel-Salam Al-Moukali, in his capacity as Special Envoy of President of the Libyan Presidential Council, Younes Al-Manfi, said the ministry in a Communiqué.
