ALGIERS- Prime Minister Nadir Larbaoui received Wednesday, at the Palace of the Government in Algiers, Raila Odinga, the former prime minister of the Republic of Kenya and a candidate for the post of chairperson of the African Union Commission, who is on a visit to Algeria, the Prime Minister's Office said in a statement.
