ALGIERS- President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, ordered during a meeting of the Council of Ministers he chaired on Sunday the setting up of a committee, made up of three ministers, on the increase of university scholarship, said the Council of Ministers in a Communiqué.
