ALGIERS- The speaker of the People's National Assembly (lower house of Parliament), Brahim Boughali, was received Friday in Accra by Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin, the speaker of Parliament of Ghana, where he is taking part, as the representative of the president of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, in the third Africa Prosperity Dialogues (APD) 2025, the lower house said in a statement.
