ALGIERS- The speaker of the Council of the Nation (upper house of Parliament), Salah Goudjil, said the events of Sakiet Sidi Youcef testify to the strong ties between the Algerian and Tunisian peoples, which the leaders of both countries "make sure to raise to the highest levels."
