ALGIERS — The Speaker of the People's National Assembly (lower house of Parliament), Brahim Boughali, on Thursday in Algiers, called on France to officially acknowledge its full and complete responsibility for its nuclear crimes in the Algerian Sahara and undertake the cleanup of radioactive contamination and nuclear waste sites.
