ALGIERS — General Saïd Chanegriha, Deputy Minister to the Minister of National Defense, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army (PNA), received on Saturday at PNA headquarters, the Head of Equipment Development Department of the Central Military Commission of the People's Republic of China, General Xu Xue Qiang, the Ministry of National Defense said in a statement.
