ADDIS ABABA — On the sidelines of the 38th summit of the African Union (AU), a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) regarding Algeria's voluntary contribution of one million dollars to support the African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM) was signed on Sunday in Addis Ababa by the Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in charge of African Affairs, Selma Bakhta Mansouri, and the Chief Executive Officer for the APRM Continental Secretariat, Marie-Antoinette Rose Quatre.
