ALGIERS-The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune arrived Thursday in Oran for a historical visit. He will inaugurate the largest sea water desalination plant in Algeria, located in Cap Blanc (Ain El Karma), in line with his commitment before citizens in Oran to supply them with drinking water before the month of Ramadan.
