ALGIERS — On behalf of the President of the Republic, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Minister of National Defense, General Saïd Chanegriha, Deputy Minister to the Minister of National Defense, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army (PNA), chaired the official installation ceremony of Major General Zoubir Ghouila as the new Air Force Commander, succeeding Major General Mohamed Laraba, the Ministry of National Defense (MDN) said in a statement on Sunday.
